In Italy usually restaurants have the “coperto” fee, which includes the service, the table-things…between 1 and 2€.
It’s a little extra not included in the dishes, so expect it in the final count.

In a restaurant, Antipasti (appetizer) is usually to share, Primi is usually pasta dish, and then Secondi (meat main dish) could be to share. No sides included in those main courses, so order your sides, "Contorni"

Wine is very cheap in Italy -- drink as your heart desires. Alcohol is never served without some free food like green olives.
